Can I ask questions about specific campaigns?

How do smart alerts work?

Smart alerts compare your current metrics against the same hour yesterday and the same hour last week. You get notified the moment something deviates — CVR drops, ROAS falls, wasted spend spikes, audience saturation increases, or subscription churn rises. You configure thresholds per alert type.

What is row-level AI chat?

Row-level AI chat is available on every table in Zovik. Click the AI icon on any campaign, product, customer, or keyword row and have a conversation about that specific data point. The AI has full context — both the row data and related metrics across your connected platforms.

How is Zovik different from Northbeam or Triple Whale?

Zovik is built for a broader audience. While Northbeam and Triple Whale focus primarily on Shopify and ad attribution, Zovik supports WooCommerce, Shopify, Amazon, Klaviyo, and Freshworks. It includes AI Brain Hub, row-level AI chat, smart alerts, and starts at $99/mo instead of $500-1,000+/mo.
